30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all our products. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return unused portions for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery date
- Items must be in original packaging and unused (at least 80% of contents remaining)
- Products must not be past their expiration date
- You must provide your order number and reason for return
- Custom or personalized orders may not be returned unless defective
Quality Issues
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately:
- We'll arrange for immediate replacement or full refund
- No need to return damaged items - we'll take your word for it
- We'll cover all return shipping costs for quality issues
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery for fastest resolution
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at returns@puredailyblend.fr with your order number
- Describe the reason for your return
- We'll send you a prepaid return label within 24 hours
- Package items securely and attach the return label
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive returned items
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange products for different flavors or varieties. Exchange requests follow the same process as returns, but we'll send your replacement as soon as we receive your return.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside France:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective
- Additional customs or duty fees are non-refundable
- Processing may take 7-10 business days due to customs clearance
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products consumed beyond our return policy limits
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Gift cards and promotional items
